De-Fits

A scope of works for a De-fit project will typically include; the removal of furniture and fittings, removing ceilings, removing I.T (inter tenancy walls), removing floor coverings, patching and painting, disconnecting electrical services & Data, Grinding of floor glues and Ardit.

Basically a de-fit is demo of a retail outlet all fixtures and fittings back to a bare shell for the new fit out. These are common and labor intensive multiple trades are involved and it requires skilled trades to undertake one. Safety is a big one in demolition and all our staff will be inducted and signed onto our safety management plan.
